SPECIAL NEEDS

AISF accommodates the mildly disabled by differentiating instruction within inclusive classrooms. Parents should be aware that there is no permanent special education specialist on our staff or in our region, and we regret that AISF is not wheelchair accessible. However, we find that some children who have learning challenges through mild disability or giftedness in a larger school may make significant gains in our more intimate, nurturing, and flexible setting.
