MULTILEVEL CLASSES

Class Configuration

Some of our classes at AISF are multi-grade, partly because of the current year's enrollment and partly because multi-grade peer work makes sound pedagogical sense.

During 2010-2011 our school has the following seven classes:
 
Pre-school I
Pre-school II
Kg/1st
2nd/3rd
4th/5th
6th/7th, and 8th grade

At times grades work independently at their own level; at other times students work together in multi-grade learning groups, such as in writing workshops, social studies research projects, science experiments and higher thinking skill games.
